UFC 330: Live updates, highlights for Makhachev vs. Garry
Islam Makhachev and Ian Machado Garry could both make incredible statements at UFC 330.
Makhachev, who holds the UFC welterweight and lightweight titles, puts his welterweight title on the line against Machado Garry in the main event. Makhachev aims for his record-breaking 17th win in a row in the contest, while Machado Garry, who is 10-1 in the UFC, could dethone the champ and the world’s top pound-for-pound fighter.
Makhachev and Anderson Silva both are tied for the UFC record at the moment with 16 wins in a row.
UFC strawweight champion Mackenzie Dern aims to defend her title for the first time when she squares off against Gillian Robertson in the co-main event. Robertson has won five straight contests to earn the title shot.
UFC veteran Edson Barboza could also compete for the final time in the Octagon in the main card opener against Esteban Ribovics. Barboza has lost five of his past seven fights.
