Darren Till vs. Yoel Romero booked for BKFC event in Manchester

Darren Till has his second bare-knuckle fight scheduled, and this time, he’s taking on a former UFC title challenger in Yoel Romero as they headline the upcoming BKFC event in Manchester, England on Sept. 26.

BKFC president David Feldman announced the matchup on Monday via Yahoo.

The fight takes place at 190 pounds with event taking place at the AO Arena in Manchester.

After teasing a potential move to bare-knuckle for several years, Till finally pulled the trigger after signing a multi-fight deal with BKFC. He made his debut back in May and after suffering a flash knockdown in the opening round, Till came storming back and delivered a brutal knockout win over Aaron Chalmers.

Now he’ll face a much bigger opponent with Romero returning to BKFC after scoring a knockout in his debut with the promotion back in 2025. Romero actually dropped a controversial decision in his second bare-knuckle fight but that matchup took place outside of BKFC for a promotion in Russia.

Now Romero looks to get back on a winning track when he faces Till in September in a potential slugfest between two very heavy hitting fighters.

More fights are expected to be announced for the card over the next few weeks.
